Limited Lifetime Warranty
EcoPolySeal (manufacturer) warrants EcoPolySeal spray foam (product) when installed by certified and trained installers who completed the scope in accordance with the technical data sheet and product application guide. This warranty is in effect throughout the life of the home or building, provided the original purchaser registers with the warranty department of EcoPolySeal within 45 days of occupancy. The manufacturer’s responsibility under this limited lifetime warranty shall be to repair or replace any defective product at the cost of the spray foam material. This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives the building owner specific legal rights, and the home or building owner may also have other rights, which can vary from state to state. Home or building owners making claims under this warranty must notify EcoPolySeal within 24 hours following its discovery and must submit proof of the date of purchase and the installer who applied the product with the date, location, and description of the circumstances under which the alleged defect occurred or was first noticed. Notice shall be given in writing to the address below.
This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, whether at law or in equity, or whether arising or existing statue. Manufacturer disclaims all other expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be responsible for special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the product or consequential damages arising from breach of the express warranty or for the cost of removing, installing, or reinstating any repair or replacement.
