Meet Todd: Industry Expert with Over 25 Years of Experience

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, this professional began a career working at a family-run construction management firm that focused on designing buildings for the pharmaceutical sector. This foundation provided early exposure to advanced building science, instilling a deep understanding of how quality insulation impacts energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

In 2001, the journey continued into specializing in spray foam insulation, serving a diverse clientele that includes residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.

Special certifications from the Building Performance Institute (BPI) and the Resnet/HERS Rater program support an approach that treats each building as an integrated system. The commitment is to deliver affordable, healthy, and environmentally sustainable insulation solutions, ensuring that every project raises the standard for comfort and efficiency.

Clients often note professionalism, integrity, and a personal touch, with a strong emphasis on customer education and maintaining high standards at every job site.

What Insulation Rebates and Tax Credits are Available in Delaware?

Note: Many rebates require work to be performed by a program-participating contractor, completion of a home energy assessment (audit), and pre-approval before starting the project. Federal tax credits can be claimed annually for qualifying insulation work until 2032

For the most current rebate amounts and full eligibility, refer to the official state program or your insulation contractor, as these figures can change and additional federal guidance may be released throughout 2025
